How to modify the format and style of the subscribe button?

I am new to Joomla.  I am building my first Joomla site and was very happy to find your extension.   It took me hours to figure out what to install.  I know, I was clumsy!!

Now it is finally all setup.  From what I can see, it is very easy and straight forward.  But I would like to customize the look of the sign up form.  I suppose it is controlled by CSS.  Which is the right file to modify?  Does it comes from Joomla's default CSS?
